Feeling the light in everyday life

My ideal day off is to finish my chores in the morning, go out alone in the early afternoon, and then meet friends for dinner. But a day spent without seeing anyone, just reading novels, watching dramas, or reading manga, is also important. When I'm feeling a bit down, I sometimes go out to eat something I like by myself, or go out for a meal with a few close friends to cheer myself up a little.

I've always loved advertisements and magazines and wanted to be someone who creates them. I also liked taking photos, so I thought it would be great if I could be involved in advertising and magazines through photography, ever since I was a student.

What I value now when I'm shooting is imagining how the person I'm photographing feels, and "seeing the light." For example, when I'm on a bus, I love the time I spend watching from the very back seat as the light coming through the window shimmers with the movement of the bus.

I often come across ideas when traveling with someone. I'm interested in the act of living with someone for a certain period of time. I also cherish the time I spend seeing and eating new things, and taking photos while walking through unfamiliar towns.
